Eve of OK GOP Primary -- Huckabee Challenges McCain for Sooner Delegates: 24 hours till votes are counted in the Oklahoma Republican Primary, John McCain has a slight edge on Mike Huckabee, with Mitt Romney very much in the mix, according to SurveyUSA's final pre-primary tracking poll, conducted for KFOR-TV Oklahoma City. Compared to a SurveyUSA poll released last week, before Rudolph Giuliani withdrew from the contest, McCain is unchanged, at 37%, Huckabee is up 4 points, from 28% to 32%, and Romney is up 4 points, from 19% to 23%. In Eastern OK, McCain and Huckabee are tied. In Western OK, McCain leads by 8. Among Pro-Life voters, Huckabee leads by 12. Among Conservative voters, Huckabee leads by 8. Among those who attend religious services regularly, Huckabee leads by 6. But: Among Moderates, McCain leads by 31 points. Among Pro-Choice voters McCain leads Romney by 41 points.

Filtering: 1,900 state of OK adults were interviewed 02/02/08 and 02/03/08. All interviews completed before 5:30 pm CT kickoff of Super Bowl. Of the adults, 1,647 were registered to vote. Of them, 445 were determined by SurveyUSA to have already voted in the Primary, or to be likely to vote at the precinct on 02/05/08.
