Analysis: In a hypothetical election for United States Senator today, 2/27/06, Arizona voters overwhelmingly re-elect Republican Jon Kyl. Kyl gets 57% to 33% for Democrat Jim Pederson. 10% are undecided. The election is on 11/7/06. Kyl gets 85% of Republican votes. Pederson gets 67% of Democrat votes. 26% of Democrats cross-over and vote for Kyl. Independents prefer Kyl 51% to 32%.

Filtering: 800 Arizona adults were interviewed 2/24/06 - 2/26/06. Of them, 590 were registered voters. Crosstabs reflect Registered voters.
