Election Eve, Democrat Yarmuth Appears to Hold-On in KY3 for Democrat Pick-Up: SurveyUSA released a poll in KY3 on 11/2 that showed the contest moving from a tie, between incumbent Republican Anne Northup and Democratic challenger John Yarmuth, to a solid Yarmuth lead, and a Democrat House Seat pick-up. There was enough volatility in the contest, that SurveyUSA continued to poll the District, just to make certain the movement was real. At the wire, 24 hours till polls close, following another 2 days of interviews, Yarmuth is still ahead. SurveyUSA's best and final offering on this contest: Yarmouth 50%, Northup 45%. Democrat pick-up.

Filtering: 800 adults from Kentucky's 3rd Congressional District were interviewed 11/4/06 through 11/5/06. Of them, 704 were registered to vote. Of them, 485 were judged to be "likely" voters. Crosstabs reflect Likely Voters.
