| Of those who saw Talent-McCaskill on Meet The Press, More Say McCaskill Won: A vast majority of Missourians interviewed today by SurveyUSA did not watch the "debate" between Republican Jim Talent and Democrat Claire McCaskill on Meet the Press. 2600 adults were interviewed, 519 watched. Of those who did watch, 47% say McCaskill won, 37% say Talent won, and 15% say there was no clear winner, according to polling done exclusively for KCTV-TV in Kansas City and KSDK-TV in St. Louis. Interviews with all Missouri adults are significant +/- 1.6 percent. Results of interviews with those who watched Meet the Press are significant +/- 4.4 percent. Meet the Press does not air at the same time in all parts of Missouri. Interviews were conducted statewide after the TV show had aired in all Missouri markets. |
