Analysis: In an election held in Virginia today, 6/28/06, incumbent Republican Senator George Allen defeats Democratic challenger Jim Webb 3:2, according to a SurveyUSA poll conducted for WDBJ-TV Roanoke and WUSA-TV Washington D.C. 19 weeks from the 11/7/06 election, Allen gets 56% of the vote to 37% for Webb.
