Nassau DA Runs Away With NY Democratic Primary for Attorney General ... But It's Early Yet: In a Democratic primary for NY Attorney General today, 07/15/10, Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice gets as many votes as her 4 rivals combined, according to an exclusive WABC-TV poll conducted by SurveyUSA.
But Rice should not celebrate yet: "Undecided" finishes even higher than she does.
Rice gets 32% today. State Assemblyman Richard Brodsky, State Senator Eric Schneiderman, and attorneys Sean Coffey and Eric Dinallo combine for 32%. The primary is in 2 months. 36% of likely voters are undecided. |
Filtering: SurveyUSA interviewed 3,200 New York adults 07/12/10 through 07/14/10; of them, 2,777 were registered to vote; of the registered voters, 501 were identified by SurveyUSA as being likely to vote in the 09/14/10 Democratic Primary. Incumbent Attorney General Democrat Andrew Cuomo is running for Governor. |
