Minnesota: Bush Job Approval Falls to 28%, Lowest in 29 Months of Tracking
President George W. Bush’s Net Job Approval is Minus 40 in Minnesota, according to SurveyUSA’s most recent tracking poll, conducted for KSTP-TV Minneapolis, WDIO-TV Duluth and KAAL-TV Rochester. 28% of Minnesotans approve of the President, 68% disapprove. Among those earning more than $80,000 a year …
… the President’s Job Approval is twice as high as it is among those earning less than $40,000 a year.
In 29 months of continuous tracking, Bush’s job approval has never been as low as 28%. In July 2005, Bush’s approval was 49%. Since then, his approval has fallen 21 points and his disapproval has gone up 19 points, a 40-point negative swing.
Among female Minnesotans, Bush’s approval has fallen to 23%. His Net Job Approval is Minus 49.
Among Republicans, Bush’s approval has fallen to 66%, the lowest it has been.
