- Al Franken (DFL) 45%

- Norm Coleman (R) 44%
- Mike Cirsei (DFL) 44%

- Coleman holds 89% of the GOP base against either opponent.
- Both Democrats hold 84% of the Democratic base against Coleman.
- Among Independents, Coleman leads by 6 against Franken and by 4 against Ciresi.
- Among Moderates, Franken leads by 5, Ciresi leads by 8.
- Franken runs 20 points better among women than among men. Ciresi runs 25 points better among women than among men.
