Iowa Governor Chet Culver, who like Ohio’s Ted Strickland has been the Democratic governor of a 2004 “red” state for one full year now, is also, like Strickland, at his highest level of approval since taking office.

Culver today has a 59% approval rating and a 34% disapproval rating, for a Net Job Approval of Plus 25.
