For the first time since Iowa Governor Chet Culver took office, and just one and a half months after hitting his highest level of approval, more Iowans say they disapprove of the governor’s job performance than say they approve of it. Today, 49% say they disapprove; 48% say they approve. That gives Governor Culver a Net Job Approval of Minus 1, his first negative rating since taking office in January of 2007.
