Steady As They Go in the Hoosier State
It’s been a while since we last checked approval ratings for Indiana’s US Senators, and the tracking graphs show very little has changed.
When last we looked in on senior Senator Dick Lugar, over a year ago, the Republican had a Plus 41 Net Job Approval. Today, it’s Plus 38.
Junior Senator Evan Bayh, often mentioned as a potential vice presidential candidate, especially if Hillary Clinton should be the Democratic nominee for president, was at Plus 32 when we last looked; today, he’s at Plus 26.
Meantime, in the Indiana State House, shown at right, Governor Mitch Daniels also remains where we last left him, albeit upside-down; fifteen months ago, Daniel was at Minus 6; today, it’s Minus 3.
