The junior United States Senator from Oregon, Gordon Smith, is at Minus 11 today, with a 41% approval and 52% disapproval rating.

Smith is running against Democrat Jeff Merkley for a third term; SurveyUSA’s most recent polling on the race shows Merkley leading Smith by five points.
