In an election for US House of Representatives in Kentucky’s 4th Congressional District today, one week to the vote, incumbent Republican Geoff Davis defeats Democrat Michael Kelley 58% to 37%, according to this SurveyUSA election poll conducted for WHAS-TV Louisville and WLEX-TV Lexington. Compared to an identical SurveyUSA poll released three and a half weeks ago, Davis is flat; Kelley is up 1 point. 800 adults interviewed by SurveyUSA 10/26/08 and 10/27/08; 739 were registered to vote; 591 were determined by SurveyUSA to be likely to vote in the general election on 11/04/08.
