Current Governor Ruth Ann Minner is term limited, and not able to run for another term. But as a lame-duck, Minner could have the opportunity to appoint a replacement for Biden as Senator from Delaware, if the Obama-Biden ticket wins the White House. 800 adults were interviewed 10/27/08 and 10/28/08. Of them, 742 were registered to vote. Of them, 657 were determined by SurveyUSA to be likely to vote.
