61% of adults in Atlanta think Congress should not give federal loans to the auto manufacturers requesting them, according to this recent SurveyUSA poll conducted for WXIA-TV. 35% think the loans should be given.

What would be worse for taxpayers?

38% say allowing the auto makers to go bankrupt.
49% say providing the loans would be worse for taxpayers.
