Oregon gives President Barack Obama a 68% approval rating as his term begins, according to this latest exclusive KATU-TV poll conducted by SurveyUSA. Obama has a 18% disapproval rating and a Net Approval of Plus 50.

In December, outgoing President Bush had a 30% approval rating, a 66% disapproval rating, and a Net Approval of Minus 66.
