Washington State adults give President Obama a Plus 52 Net Approval as he takes office, according to this latest SurveyUSA poll conducted for KING-TV in Seattle and KATU-TV in Portland Oregon. Obama receives a 69% approval and 17% disapproval rating today.

One month ago, outgoing President Bush received a Minus 42 Net Approval in the state of Washington, with 28% approving of his performance as president and 70% disapproving.
