49% of adults in California think same sex marriage should not be allowed to marry in the state according to this latest exclusive SurveyUSA poll. 47% think same sex couples should be allowed to marry.

Will the California Supreme Court rule to keep Proposition 8 in place? Or rule to overturn it?

51% say the Supreme Court will vote to keep it.
39% say the court will vote to overturn Prop 8.

Poll conducted for KABC-TV Los Angeles, KFSN-TV Fresno, KGTV-TV San Diego, KPIX-TV San Francisco.
