More than half of New Yorkers might support the ex-governor if he ran again for statewide office, according to a recent SurveyUSA poll conducted in the state of New York for WABC-TV.

15% said they would vote for Spitzer no matter what office he runs for and no matter who runs against him.
47% said they would first need to know what office he was running for and who he was running against.
39% of adults said they would vote against Spitzer no matter what.
