Bloomberg Spending in NYC Mayor Contest Begins to Pay Dividends

In an election for New York City mayor, three weeks until votes are counted, incumbent Mayor Mike Bloomberg is re-elected to a third term, defeating Democrat Bill Thompson, according to a SurveyUSA poll conducted exclusively for WABC-TV. Bloomberg is today at or above 50% in all five boroughs, among young and old voters, among the more educated and less educated, among the more affluent and less affluent, among whites and Hispanics, and among Democrats and Republicans.
