Mobile: Majority Think “Zero Tolerance Policies” In Schools Are a Good Idea

83% of adults in the Mobile area think “zero tolerance policies” that automatically expel anyone who brings a weapon to school are a good idea, according to this recent SurveyUSA poll conducted for WKRG-TV Mobile-Pensacola. 14% think “zero tolerance policies” are a bad idea.
Should administrators be allowed to make exceptions to zero tolerance policies? 66% say exceptions should be allowed…32% feel they should not be allowed.
