71% in Tampa Feel BP Could Have Done More to Prevent Oil Spill

SurveyUSA asked adults in the Tampa area if they thought BP did everything they could to prevent the oil spill from happening in the Gulf or if they thought BP could have done more. 71% felt BP could have done more to prevent the spill while 15% thought BP did everything they could.
