By 2:1, Floridians Approve of Health Care Reform Aspects … But 51% Say Striking Down Entire Law Would be a “Good Thing”

68% of Florida adults say they approve of the provision of the health care reform law that says insurers can not exclude pre-existing medical conditions, and 63% approve of the provision that allows children to stay on parents’ policies until their 26th birthday …

…but at the same time, 51% say it would be a “good thing” if the Supreme Court of the United States were to strike down the entire health care law as unconstitutional, according to this latest exclusive WFLA-TV poll conducted by SurveyUSA.

When asked what exactly the Supreme Court should do, 46% say the entire law should be struck down as unconstitutional; 18% say only the mandate that everyone purchase insurance should be struck down; 31% say the law should be upheld.
