SurveyUSA has signed the code of professional conduct, and has agreed to be bound by those codes, for each of the following professional trade associations:

  • CASRO (The Council of American Survey Research Organizations)
  • CMOR (The Council for Marketing and Opinion Researchers)
  • MRA (The Marketing Research Association)

In addition, SurveyUSA subscribes to the rules of disclosure, regarding public polls, of the:

  • NCPP (National Council on Public Polls)

SurveyUSA will not conduct misleading research.

SurveyUSA does not engage in “SUGGING,” selling under the guise of conducting research.

SurveyUSA does not engage in “FRUGGING,” fund-raising under the guise of conducting research.
