Cell-phone respondents included in this research: 600 Washington state adults were interviewed 09/21/11 and 09/22/11 and were asked questions about President Obama, the jobs bill, and income tax. Of the adults, 529 were registered to vote in Washington state and were asked about the Governor, the Attorney General and the ballot measures. Approximately 25% of those interviewed for this study do not use a home telephone to make and receive calls. The research was conducted multi-mode. Those without a home telephone saw the questions displayed visually on their cell phone or other electronic device.
