California: Obama Approval Rating at 77% on Day #1.

President Barack Obama starts off with a 77% approval rating in the Golden State, according to this latest SurveyUSA poll conducted exclusively for KABC-TV Los Angeles, KPIX-TV San Francisco, KGTV-TV San Diego, and KFSN-TV Fresno. 15% of Californians say they disapprove of Obama’s job performance, giving the new president a Net Approval of Plus 62.

Former President Bush’s 42nd and final SurveyUSA approval rating in California was 25%; his disapproval rating was 72%, yielding a Net Approval of Minus 47.
